MPC is a niche Consultancy offering bespoke Design and Project Management services to the commercial office, retail, industrial and residential sectors of the UK construction industry. We have extensive Design, Surveying and Project Management experience and we are able to assume overall responsibility for each project from inception to completion. Our office is located near Maidstone in Kent and we operate throughout the south-east of England.

MPC is acutely aware of the impact that the construction industry has on our fragile environment and we aim to provide sustainable building solutions wherever possible. This can be achieved through innovative design, the inclusion of "green" building services and the responsible selection & specification of all building materials/components.

A Project Manager's remit is to deliver the client's brief i.e. define the scope of works, agree project targets, prepare a project plan, organise the necessary project resources and lead the project team through to a successful completion. An effective Project Manager must control the four primary project variables of time, cost, quality and function, whilst protecting the client's interests at all times.
